Ash Allen
Shop Supervisor
Ash blends dedication, intuition, and observation in everything they do, from mentoring apprentices in our fabrication shop to exploring the Island’s many caves and nurturing their garden. Just as their plants flourish with care, so too do the individuals they mentor here at LSM. With a growth mindset, they effortlessly help to create a safe and inclusive work environment for our bustling team.
Foster Anderson (EIT)
CAD & Survey Manager
BIM Specialist
A lifelong learner with a penchant for design, Foster joins the LSM team with a diploma and degree in mechanical engineering. From residential construction through to product design (automation), he brings unique knowledge to the HVAC space. Computer work aside, Foster surveys the land for both finance and fun: off site, you’ll find him foraging for the elusive cauliflower mushroom or hiking high and low through warmth and snow in search of owl pellets, feathers and faces.
Chris Arnold
Business Development Manager
On the rink and on the clock, Chris knows how to stickhandle the play to his team’s success. As a lifelong hockey player and volunteer coach, he understands the power of camaraderie and commitment — his wife of 25 years and kids can attest! As an experienced estimator and project management professional, he knows the importance of airtight contracts and relationship building — using that knowledge to lead our business strategy and execution.
Rob Bennie
Shop Foreman
Rob is the man behind the metal, so to speak. As our shop foreman, he runs the back half of Lewis Sheet Metal by fulfilling duct orders as fast as they come flying in. When he’s not in the fabrication shop showing off his sheet metal prowess, he’s monkeying around with his two daughters and playing the bagpipes — sometimes, at the same time!
Amy Carr
Welding Supervisor
Ever since she was wee, Amy has been playing ball with the boys—proving that success, whether on the diamond or in the shop, comes down to skill and drive, not gender. She continues to see past barriers, from crossing national borders to thriving in a male-dominated field. A trailblazing Red Seal sheet metal worker and trades instructor, she also lends her voice through NABTU’s SMART International Women’s Committee. Leading as both a mentor and a mother, Amy guides the next generation at Lewis and at home, then recharges on her favourite hiking trails.
Tony Frattura
Field Foreman
He’s disciplined, he’s dedicated, and he’s down to jam. Tony runs our field crew like he strums his guitar — in a lively but methodical manner. Joining Lewis in early 2022, his lead-and-let-lead approach has seen our projects flow from kickoff to completion without skipping a beat. And, while he’s trained in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, he has yet to perform the rear naked choke when someone steps out of line on the job. In his downtime, he's typically chilling with his wife, son, and Yorkie.
Ryan Greenfield
Operations Manager
& Project Manager
& Project Manager
A self-proclaimed lean management nerd with a passion for learning and innovation, Ryan is a natural fit within a team who has read 2 Second Lean as part of their onboarding. Drawing on his education and experience in project and facilities management, he keeps us in line and on time from the field to the office. When he checks out from manager mode, it’s to relinquish control to the Island’s trails and beaches.
Dustin Lamontagne
Field Foreman
Dustin is a guys’ guy that believes in team camaraderie and some healthy competition among friends. When he’s not running the show as one of Lewis Sheet Metal’s job site foremen and showing off his HVAC prowess, he’s rolling 16lbers down the lane, earning turkeys and scoring 200s, or crushing lobbed balls into left field to take home the gold.
Keir Lewis
President
Keir is a man with a vision and the skills to back it up. Since 2004, he’s grown a small shop with a CNC plasma cutter into a progressive, tech-savvy sheet metal business. As LSM’s founder, his work has been defined by the talent he's recruited and the team he’s built, integrating skillsets with project roles to achieve operational unity. When he’s not overseeing HR and sales, he enjoys cycling and snowboarding.
Jordan Martin
Commercial Field Superintendent
Jordan has an eye for the trade…literally. As our construction manager, he uses robotic survey equipment to ensure our field installation matches the intended design by mapping out virtual mechanical systems on site. After a long day at work surrounded by ducts, data, and robots, Jordan enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two kids.
Dustin McPherson
Estimator
Dustin is the kind of guy that commands respect, but it doesn’t come without effort. At Lewis Sheet Metal, he’s a job site foreman and our shop steward, which means he’s on the front line representing our crew, our business, and Local 276. When he finds time in his busy schedule, he lends a hand to our friends at HeroWork, a charity that renovates other charities.
Bill Smith
Field Foreman
Bill is a man moving full steam ahead with a keen interest in angles and curves. From every turn of the road to every bend in sheet metal, he handles the task at hand with unrivalled attention to detail. Since his sector start two decades ago, Bill has worked the gamut and joined us in 2016 with an eagerness to share his tips and tricks with our red-seal striving apprentices. Outside of LSM, he’s a big fan of famjams, torque and horsepower. Two wheels, three or four? He’ll take them all for a spin and may even try to race you.
Nova Zhang
Business Administrator
From Seoul to Canterbury, K-Pop to cathedrals, Nova takes on the world with eyes wide open and feet fully in — immersing herself in all things that cross her path. Goal-oriented and open-minded, she takes a “sky’s the limit” approach to both life and work, wearing many hats for us within the LSM operations team. As our business administrator, Nova supports the office’s organization, coordination, and process improvement.
