Interior and exterior ductwork for AA LEED Platinum Building
Capital Park is a mixed-use development in Victoria’s James Bay neighbourhood incorporating office space, retail amenities, a range of housing options, and a comprehensive network of public areas. The Jawl Properties/Concert development is on 6.2 acres of land, and it will be completed in three phases. Phase 1 of Capital Park is comprised of 125,000 square feet of office premises, 15,000 square feet of retail space, and 53 residential units.
The Province of B.C. will be the anchor tenant occupying the majority of available space.
Through Capital Park Phase 1, Lewis Sheet Metal demonstrated their capacity to handle larger projects on schedule and under budget. By taking a collaborative and holistic approach to construction, they worked with the other trade contractors to move the project along, despite the labour shortage felt by most industries.
Lewis Sheet Metal completed the interior and exterior ductwork for Capital Park Phase 1 in 2017.
